Hey Gang! Animator, cartoonist, Drag Racer and official Ed "Big Daddy" Roth artist, Jeff DeGrandis here to present my cool, new website, DragFink.com! Direct from California, DragFink.com will feature my really boss cartoon drawings, animation art, drag toons, drag racing art, photos, pinstriping, t-shirts, stickers, custom culture art and other mind-blowing stuff! WOW MAN! One-of-a-kind, signed, custom items and art will be available for purchase, including high-quality, signed and numbered limited edition drawings. I'll even be doing custom orders as well. Real cool! I became inspired by Ed "Big Daddy" Roth around 1965 while doing math homework and reading Hot Rod Magazine in my elementary school library. I spotted Ed's very creative and quite unique monster car t-shirt ads, and the rest is history. Currently, I'm an animation Producer and Director at Nickelodeon Studios in Burbank, California. In 1980 I met Chuck Jones (of Warner Bros. animation fame), who mentored me and became one of my closest and dearest friends. Chuck gave me my start in the animation business in the late 1980's, developing new animated TV shows, working on his limited edition animation art, and then co-directing with me, the animated segment of "Stay Tuned" staring John Ritter and Pam Dawber. Then along came The Ren & Stimpy Show, which was the first production animated TV show I've ever worked on. Following the Ren & Stimpy gig, I spent time at Warner Bros. Disney, FOX Kids, Saban, Universal, DreamWorks and Carsey Werner / NBC. Besides producing and directing TV animation, I've recently had the privilege and honor of becoming an official Ed "Big Daddy" Roth artist and being named 2008 Rat Fink Artist of the Year, at the Ed "Big Daddy" Roth Rat Fink Reunion in Manti, Utah! Man! What a mind-blower!!! I'm also a member of the Standard 1320 nostalgic drag racing group and getting ready to burn up the quarter mile in my 1962 Dragmaster front-engine dragster which will be ready soon!
